Our clients need to be on the forefront of changing technology. We are passionate about ongoing growth, knowledge and helping others to pursue the same. In K-12 and higher education, it is important to help the next generation of leaders succeed with continual learning. Critical AV is becoming more and more vital in how we communicate and teach. It helps teachers teach and students learn. This idea also extends to training rooms in corporate spaces. Just like in primary and secondary schools, ongoing education and training is important for our clients’ employees. It helps them stay up to date with.

Strobes for Loud Environments

Technology, June 12, 2019

In loud environments, visual communication for emergency notification is needed. Many facilities choose strobes for emergency communication. Some schools install amber and blue strobes in the hallways which indicate severe weather or emergencies. In very loud in spaces such as gymnasiums or band rooms, overhead paging can get masked. Strobes can notify students and staff to quiet down and listen to the emergency page. Incorporating Digital Signage into Emergency Notification

Technology, June 7, 2019

Emergency notification systems are vital to life safety in schools. There are emergency pages, strobes, alarm systems and emergency texts. But what else can you do? Voice Intelligibility and Mixing

Projects, May 30, 2019

We provided and installed a brand new digital audio mixer in the Excelsior United Methodist Church in Excelsior, MN. The new mixer is positioned behind all the pews and in front of the beautiful stained glass window that spans from floor to arched ceiling. The old mixer was antiquated and this new mixer brought them up to date. They use it for choir, band and vocal sermons. The church’s music and technician team received training to ensure that they understand the new system and how to mix the audio to their specific needs. We also conducted a voice intelligibility test,.

Assisted Listening in House of Worship with your own Smartphone

Technology, May 16, 2019

Assisted listening has changed in venues such as Houses of Worship (HOW). In the past, patrons used a headset provided by the House of Worship. However, that meant they needed to have many on hand, they had to make sure they were charged or had batteries and patrons might not be familiar with the device. And let’s not mention the cleanliness of the device. Now there is technology where users can receive audio directly to their smartphone using a free app. They use their own smartphone and their own headphones and connect right over the venues wifi. This assisted listening.
