We have a client who had call stations in their intercom system that were not working. They needed a solution right away.

The easy thing to do is power cycling. Sometimes it works and sometimes you need more. We had to find a solution to this problem that wasn’t a quick fix.

We got to site right away, in this frigid and snowy winter. We removed all of the cards from the headend chassis and replaced the corroded cards. Our technicians got the system back up and running again.

When your critical communication is back you can breathe a sigh of relief.

But what if it happened again? EDC doesn’t look at service as a one-time event. We are there through the life of the system and finding the real cause of the problem.
