Title: Client Services Manager (CSM)
Reports to Sales Manager
Compensation Type: Salary Plus Commissions and Profit-Sharing Bonus
The Client Services Manager is responsible for executing our sales goals, developing, and maintaining valued customer relationships, as well as expanding our current customer base. The position is a key part of an account team that includes Project Engineers, Project Managers, Field Engineers, Client Services Associates, and a Service Support Organization with over 65 years’ experience supporting critical audio and visual communication systems.
